    • Property Inventories - Free Inventory services
    • Rental Valuation - Free Rental Valuations and we give our valuable advice to increase the worth of your property
    • Regular Maintenance Inspection - Property inspection at regular 6 months interval and our designated manger will submit the related reports with the complete details in it. We have our in-house cost-effective maintenance team to carry out the repair works if necessary.
    • Gas Safety Checks - An annual supervision is done on Gas Safety Checks under the guidance of Gas Safe Engineers.
    • Check In - We are responsible for the check in of new tenants. Photographic report with dated images will be provided to you after a complete check on the inventory.
    • Check out - The inventory will be subjected to a thorough inspection during the check out and the damage expenses will be claimed to the tenant without fail. A complete report will be provided to the landlord listing out the condition of the inventory.
    • Rent Payment: The Landlords will receive the rent payments on time as per the agreement and its related statement will be mailed
    • Landlord Licence: We apply Selective or HMO Licence on behalf of landlords where required and ensure compliance with all relevant regulation
